FAQ
Does Safety Net send my data anywhere?
No. It runs on Atlassian’s Forge platform with no external connections. Data stays in your site’s Atlassian storage and data residency region.
Will an undo send hundreds of notification emails?
Safety Net asks Jira not to notify watchers for field edits during an undo, where Jira allows it. Workflow transitions may still send your usual notifications.
What happens when I uninstall?
Atlassian deletes all of Safety Net’s stored data for your site.
Does it slow Jira down?
No. Safety Net works in the background from Jira’s events and never sits in the way of an edit.
Can it undo changes from before installation?
No — install it before you need it.
