End User License Agreement

Last updated 4 October 2026

This agreement is between Synexco Digital, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (Business Registration No. 202603052366 / SA0649630-T) (“we”) and the organisation that installs Safety Net for Jira (“you”). By installing or using Safety Net you agree to it. If you are installing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

1. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Safety Net with your Atlassian cloud site for the term of your subscription, for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or use Safety Net to build a competing product, except where the law does not allow this restriction.

2. Subscription and payment

Safety Net is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Prices, billing, renewals and refunds follow the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and Atlassian’s pricing at the time of purchase. Atlassian bills you; we receive payment from Atlassian.

3. Your data

You keep all rights in your data. We process it only to provide Safety Net, as set out in the Privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum, which form part of this agreement.

4. Support

We provide support by email at enquiry@synexcodigital.com on business days (Malaysia time). See Support.

5. What Safety Net can and can’t do

Safety Net restores what it recorded while installed, within the limits described in the documentation. It is not a backup of your site and does not replace one. You remain responsible for reviewing an undo or restore before confirming it.

6. Warranties

We will provide Safety Net with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, Safety Net is provided “as is”, without other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data, and each party’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the amounts you paid for Safety Net in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

8. Term and termination

This agreement lasts while you have Safety Net installed under a valid licence. You may end it by uninstalling. We may end it if you materially breach it. On uninstall, Atlassian deletes Safety Net’s stored data for your site.

9. Changes

We may update this agreement; we will post the new version here. Continued use after 30 days means you accept it.

10. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Mandatory consumer or data protection laws of your country still apply where relevant.
