Alerts

Safety Net checks every 5 minutes. When one person or app changes at least 50 work items, or deletes at least 10, within 10 minutes, it emails the people and groups you chose. All three numbers can be changed in Settings.

Emails are sent by Jira, about one of the affected work items, so recipients need permission to see that project. Each person or app triggers at most one alert of each kind per hour. Recent alerts also show at the top of the Safety Net page.
